  • Each session delivers low-amplitude sine waves embedded in music, calibrated to a specific frequency.

Play the program through your device's built-in speakers or external speakers in a quiet environment with minimal background noise. Headphones are optional, helpful for our SLEEP and FOCUS program but not required.

Duration can be extended or repeated based on individual preference or intended use case.

Volume should remain at a comfortable level - similar to background music - where you can still hold a conversation, but the program remains clearly audible.

Adjust as needed, but we recommend avoiding overly loud playback. These sessions are most effective when they blend naturally into your environment.

No active focus is required. Simply allow the program to play in the background during periods of rest, concentration, or transition.

  • From a physics perspective, music is composed of sounds produced by waveforms whose frequency is measured in hertz (Hz). One hertz equals one cycle per second. The tonality and timbre of the sounds are determined by the frequency values.

Humans produce a wide range of frequencies through the voice, generally spanning from around 80 Hz to 1100 Hz, though this can vary.

All matter vibrates—living and nonliving alike. Natural elements such as trees, rivers, and flowers each resonate with unique vibrational signatures. In quantum physics, reality is often described as being composed of dynamic energy fields.

Ongoing studies continue to examine how sound may relate to human perception and mood.
